COVID-19 - Postage Delays
There are some delays with Australia Post deliveries due to Covid-19.
Express Post deliveries are still arriving at their destination within a couple of days.
If you wish to have an order via Express Post, please contact us to arrange.
Our alternative courier services seem to be delivering within the expected timeframes.

Once your order is placed it is  dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of being received

Tula Homeware is not responsible for any orders, lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
**Please note that we only Exchange or Refund on Faulty items, NOT change of mind, so please choose carefully.

*Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design as these products are handmade.I

If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order via email ( 

Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations, hand tied knots or loose thread due to the traditional Kantha stitch are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.  
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. Refunds do not include the postage cost. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed.
