*Local Pickup from (Buderim) on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland is available by selecting this at the checkout.

Once your order is placed it is  dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of being received.All orders are sent with tracking and courier company details.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use a variety of carriers based on your order size and location. In-stock items usually ship the next day. If you place an order that contains out-of-stock items, you will be notified immediately. If there are any access issues that your delivery driver would need to be aware of, please notify us in the comments section at checkout. Please note Tula Homeware shall not be held liable for shipping delays that are beyond our control.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. however, please contact us should you have any problems with your order. in the case of defect, please contact us for further instructions on exchanges. Any other exchange will be determined by each circumstance + the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.

Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations, hand tied knots or loose thread due to the traditional Kantha stitch are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.  
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. Refunds do not include the postage cost. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition at the time of purchase.
