We want you to enjoy your experience of shopping online with TULA and hope that the Tula Homeware you choose are perfect to create beautiful interior spaces and suited to your everyday lifestyle. 

Faulty Items: Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design as these products are handmade and this is a sign of genuine block printing. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Tula Homewares to determine, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations, hand tied knots or loose thread due to the traditional kantha stitch are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange. In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

If for any reason the product has an obvious fault, you must send a photograph of the fault to susan@tulahome.com.au and request a  return within 7 days of receiving your item/s.
Once you have received an email to confirm the return with the shipping address details this will be at the customers expense. We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit. All items must be received by Tula Homeware before the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
