Faulty Items: Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design as these products are handmade. and this is a sign of genuine block printing & hand embroidery.

in the case of defect, please contact us for further instructions on exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Any other exchange will be determined by each circumstance + the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.

 In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

 We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit. All items must be received by Tula Homeware before the refund is processed. The refund will be made to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
